Eripa 5 by Roch Pisarek (1998) $850

Eripa 5 by Roch Pisarek (1998) is acrylic on homasote board $850

As submitted by Christine Cox to Urban Dictionary the definition of the new word “Eripa” was a result of the move from the busy Chicago city to the more sedate city of Albuquerque. It was a whole new landscape, a completely different culture and as a result ideas are formulated as to what this new environment held. This painting touches on that abstract thought of preconceived notion in addition to the reality of what is physically there.
